Shopping in Singapore 2 – multicultural fashion

15 Jun

When visiting different places in Singapore, I asked myself “where am I?”

It’s a perfect mixture of Asian, Western and Middle Eastern culture. Just by moving around these area, you get to enjoy completely different aspects of the country.

This time, I want to introduce this multicultural fashion in Singapore!

1. China Town

In China Town, you will find typical Chinese products such as famous Chinese herbal medicines, tea, jade jewelry etc…

you can even buy clothes for around 10-20 SGD!

When you get tired of shopping, you can relax at the Chinese tea house or at the famous food court.

2. Arabic Area

I like this area the most from all the ethnic quartiers. The road is full of colors with a display of traditional Arabic robes, pashmina scarfs and other eye-catching garments.

There are typical Arabic shops like carpet shops, lamp shops and perfumerie where you create your original perfume.

In the dress store, it is possible to have your custom dress created with the material/design of your choise.

3. Little India

Don’t be fooled by the name “little India”! It is  a huge crowded area!

Go there if you are feeling adventurous!
